----UPDATED REVIEW---- Spoke with Iman about my disappointment. To her credit 1) She was reachable by phone and very responsive. She listened to my concerns and promised to "make it right" 2) The very next day, she sent another beautiful bouquet to the recipient. In summary, Iman clearly takes pride in her work and has shown me that, even if/when errors are made, she will do her best for her customers. ----Previous Review Paid for 12 roses and upgraded to premium- only got 11 roses. Paid for a box of chocolates- did not get it Delivery was very late in the day Would not use this company again ------

The roses were perfect and the delivery gentleman provided exceptional service. I will use La Fleur Design again and hopefully we will get the same delivery gentleman. I included a note for him to read and he totally made my wife's day.
